Each ministry is designed to create greater effectiveness both in the church and in the community; ministering with a spirit of excellence and focusing on quality not quantity.

Jesus entered the world to serve. In 1Peter 5:5 it reads, “In the same way, you younger men must accept the authority of the elders.
