Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church

MINISTRY PURPOSE: The purpose of the Music Ministry of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church is to glorify God in song, to lift up the name of Jesus and to encourage the hearts of all who hear and seek him.

 

MISSION STATEMENT: The Music Ministry of Shiloh consists of several musicians and praise and worship leaders who, under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, usher in a glorious, contemporary sound at the beginning of each worship service that charges the atmosphere, inviting all to enter God’s gates with thanksgiving.

Additionally, the youth dance ministries, Genesis, Anointed Ones and Tru-Revelation, our youth male praise dance group, with their praise and worship dance movements consists of invigorating and energetic steps as well as graceful dance, that promotes participation from the congregation.

 

The Mass Choir and Male Chorus offer a collection of songs that capture the hearts and souls of those who long for a more traditional gospel sound. Our 8 o’clock choir ushers in the Holy Spirit with soft, melodious sounds, many of which are written by the director. The sweet sounds of the Children’s Church choir offer songs proclaiming Jesus’ love for all God’s children.
